RUSHES
If you are needed your item sooner, we offer a rush production fee of $10.00. This will mail your item the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If you select express shipping at checkout, you are still going to be waiting our standard turnaround time. Please purchase our rush production listing here:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER??!?!?!?

For current turnaround times, please refer to our shop announcements (found on the main page of our shop). During the holidays, we are on our max production time of 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Northern Country Girl Designs hand makes and designs each item customer for our customers. We use the highest quality drink ware available. Etsy is a handmade selling platform and we hand make and personalize each item. Hence, we do not have ready to ship items.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

1. Click on your profile picture on Etsy.com
2. Select “Purchase and reviews”
3. Then click the button to the right of the item you bought from our shop “View Receipt”
4. Scroll down to “Shipping Details”
5. There you will find when your order is scheduled to ship by.

SHIPPING/FREIGHT

We ship our pet tags via the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note that shipping first class does not include insurance on the item(s). If you would like insurance added, please select priority mail.

PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT included on international shipping. International mailing is selected by the buyer at checkout. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on international purchases. Please message us if you would like to buy international insurance.
